If you have ordered Surya Luna products through our website or received a gift with which you are not entirely satisfied then we will our utmost to help.

These conditions shall apply to all retail sales transactions between Surya Luna and any person, firm or company ("the Purchaser") placing an order with Surya Luna for supply of any goods ("the Goods"). Surya Luna, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on Surya Luna website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Surya Luna stated herein.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Surya Luna product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Surya Luna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Surya Luna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Surya Luna shall reimburse the card used or Paypal account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Surya Luna without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Product Variations

Please note that product colour and texture variations occur occasionally, and naturally as part of the handmade manufacturing process and nature of the raw plant ingredients we use.

Law and Territory

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
